At ISC West in Las Vegas, the access control provider ProdataKey (PDK) showcased three exciting products awaiting release in 2025. These three products–the intuitive Red Wireless Locksets, an updated PDK.io user interface, and the brand new PDK Access App–were met with overwhelming enthusiasm by PDK dealers and partners. The following article will highlight what these access control solutions entail, and how ISC West attendees reacted to live demos of each new product.
Red Wireless Lock

Of the many things that brought ISC West attendees to the PDK booth, news of ProdataKey’s upcoming Red Lock product drew in countless integrators and distributors who were curious to learn more about this intuitive wireless lockset. With the high-tech Red Hub alongside cylindrical and deadbolt locking hardware, PDK’s Red Lock will be a perfect solution for any vertical.
“The wireless lock is something that we’ve always needed on our job sites, so I’m very excited to be able to use PDK’s Red Lock in the future,”
Jason Yousif - President of ClearView.
Integrators expressed that this new product satisfies a clear need for wireless locks in various types of installs–and many of them already have ideas of where they will utilize the locks when they are released.
“I already have plans once it comes out for where I can use it. I do a lot of 55 and older communities, with 10 to 11 doors per building, and I already know that the Red Wireless Lock will be crucial there,”
said CJ McNutt - Project Manager at Sight & Sound Systems.
The Red Lock is nearing its beta testing period. To join the beta, email beta@prodatakey.com.
Updated PDK.io UI
At ISC West, the PDK team previewed a major update to ProdataKey’s access management software, PDK.io. This update, released on April 15th, introduced a new in-context editing system, a dark mode viewing option, global search functions, massive improvements to speed and performance, and more features to streamline management workflows.
These updates to PDK.io came as a direct result of user feedback and requests, so dealers were pleased to see their expressed needs being met by PDK.
“There are some really nice touches on the new interface. It’s great that PDK is listening to the end-user and the integrators, and we’re seeing that live with this new platform,”
remarked Tom Kapala - Owner of Mountain Top Lock.
Jason Bledsoe, Vice President of Operations at Atlanta Access Controls, said:
“The rollout of the new UI is really exciting for us. It looks more intuitive, and it has a lot more features that make it easier for ourselves and our customers to use.”
Since its mid-April release, the re-vamped interface has continued to receive positive feedback from dealers and end-users, citing its improved workflows and in-context processes as particular highlights.
PDK Access App

The third and final product showcased at ISC West was the PDK Access App. This upcoming mobile application has been designed to improve the end-user experience and account for different personas using the app. Separated into the Mobile Access and Manage Access modes, the PDK Access App allows both end-users and integrators to easily access all the functions they have permissions for. And with a new customizable card-based design, the application guarantees a sleek, user-friendly experience.
Kyle Bearly, National Business Development Manager at Advanced Locking Solution, highlights the value that the PDK Access App will add to his end-users:
“We deal a lot with higher-end multi-family spaces and shared offices. With our customers, as long as everything works, what it really comes down to is cosmetics. Our customers want a system that they will love the look and feel of. And with the new mobile app, everything is a lot cleaner but still really simple to use.”
With the PDK Access App, using mobile credentials and managing your system on-the-go will be easier than ever.
The PDK Access App will be released in the near future. For more questions regarding this application, contact a PDK sales representative.
