Over the past few weeks, we've been rolling out our new partner success initiative. We started off by announcing our partner success story program, then announced plans to roll out value-driven content designed to help your team succeed. Today, we are very excited to announce our Partner Success Manager, Jennifer Dickson.
What is a Partner Success Manager? Think of Jennifer as your PDK ambassador. She'll be working ensure you have everything you need following your certification including contact with the right departments. On top of that, Jennifer will be enhancing our dealer service strategies, innovating new processes, and managing the overall functionality of our certification and dealer programs for your employees.
